We utilize dedicated hotlines that centrally coordinate and manage not only medical emergencies but also manage bookings and referrals for all our clinical appointments. This enhances our case capabilities as not only does this unit act as a central point for internal local medical activities, but also for International Case Assistance to foreign corporate entities domiciled in Ghana as well as international insurance and repatriation providers.

This team is made up of a mixture of seasoned and fresh individuals with varied medical training. They run 24 hour shifts to give the MOMC its 24/7 coverage.
