To aid this mission we have a team comprised of highly trained and qualified medical professional that dedicate their effort to providing efficient query resolution and accurate information to our members. For medical emergencies and general management of health activities within a facility and a sector, it is imperative for a special unit to be constituted which deals specifically with managing the flow of health related activities.
Medical Icon medical assistance support is available 24/7. We utilize dedicated hotlines that centrally coordinate and manage not only medical emergencies but also to manage bookings and referrals for all our clinical appointments. This enhances our case management capabilities as not only does this unit act as a central point for Internal local medical activities, but also for International Case Management Assistance to foreign corporate entities domiciled in Ghana as well as international Insurance and repatriation providers.

This team is made up of a mixture of seasoned and fresh individuals with varied medical training. They run 24 hour shifts to give the MOMC its 24/7 coverage. Periodically, there is a review of all processes to ensure that the services being rendered to our cherished patrons will promote the center as the favored service provider and first choice amongst the rest.
